The students of the European School of Ljubljana are future citizens of Europe and the world. To prepare themselves on their future journey, students work towards a range of competences. The Ethics curriculum aims to develop communication skills, social and civic competences, a sense of initiative, sensitivity, and the ability to learn how to learn independently, thinking critically. Developing positive attitudes, humanist values, and independent thinking are fundamental pillars of our Ethics curriculum.

Ethics lessons may also involve resolving problems that emerge in class or Recreation. Issues are discussed and solved as a group.
