Secondary Level ICT

ICT

IT has probably been the fastest developing commodity in the last decades. Computers (in all shapes and sizes) and the Internet have acquired a very important role in most domains of our everyday life. In the same way, education is no longer imaginable without a strong presence of IT tools and resources.

Therefore, the two main goals of the ICT course are:

  1. to provide the students with the basic knowledge and fundamental skills,
  2. to empower them to become independent and autonomous learners.

Students should acquire a range of skills that will allow them to continue learning by themselves.

To follow these goals, each student of the ICT course should have:

  1. one computer,
  2. the Internet connection,
  3. a username, a password, an email account and enough storage space.
